Lifeskills Plus has been associated with Susan Bennett, Total WHS since September 2014.
As an organisation that provides support to people with disabilities and their families our services are extremely specialised. Susan took the time to understand the what, how and why of Lifeskills Plus prior to commencing the WHS assessment.
Susan inspected premises for WHS safety as well as the equipment and vehicles, interviewed staff in a variety of positions , spoke to clients, reviewed WHS policies and procedures, looked at our consultation process, WHS meeting minutes, our comprehensive documentation requirements, hazard reporting etc – all in line with the latest WHS legislation and requirements.
The resultant report displayed her technical knowledge and how it applied to our specific business. The report gave us both the confidence with what we had been achieving together with options for future improvement.
We are now working with Susan to implement training for our new WHS rep. She certainly displays value for money. I would recommend Susan as a very competent and engaging professional who is flexible, efficient and always willing to go the extra mile for us.
